Integrated Delivery Through Kaiser Enterprise

As part of the Kaiser Enterprise family of companies, UPI is collaborating with other affiliated businesses to deliver a fully integrated solution. UPI's Kentucky fabrication facility is manufacturing the critical piping systems that support the Hot Aisle Containment (HAC) modules being assembled by Kais-AIR®, allowing complete mechanical assemblies to be delivered with greater efficiency and coordination.

The Challenge

Hyperscale data center construction demands aggressive schedules, coordinated execution and the ability to rapidly scale skilled labor. Success depends on minimizing field congestion while delivering critical infrastructure on time without compromising quality.

UPI's Solution

UPI is providing the design, fabrication and installation of the site's piping systems, utilizing its in-house engineering expertise, strategically located fabrication facilities and experienced field workforce to keep the project moving efficiently. By leveraging off-site fabrication through UPI's Kentucky facility, major piping assemblies are completed before arriving on site, reducing field labor requirements, improving quality and helping maintain schedule certainty.
